Náplň práce

Do you have at least one year of experience as a collection specialist or in a similar role? Do you speak English and Italian? Do you enjoy interacting with customers, but also investigating and resolving discrepancies?

What will be your key responsibilities?

- Collect outstanding payments and prioritize tasks.
- Create dispute cases based on customer communication.
- Provide regular updates on overdue customers.
- Manage incoming cheques/drafts.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal regulations.

Požadavky

- Min. 1 year experience in similar position
- Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, Word
- Knowledge of SAP
- English and Italian verbal and written (C1)
