An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company based in Prague. To support the growth they are currently recruiting a Client Service and Application Manager with German to join their team on a permanent basis.
We are looking for a Team Leader / Manager, not a IT Developer!
Your daily responsibilities will be:
- Providing daily support to a team of ERP Specialists who interact with clients, addressing their ERP usage, training, and technical support needs.
- Developing and implementing annual individual development plans, closely monitoring and assessing progress.
- Leading and facilitating the training of team members to ensure their proficiency in operational tasks.
- Setting and managing annual objectives, conducting performance assessments, and providing regular feedback to team members.
- Active involvement in the recruitment process for new team members, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates.
- Preparing and presenting weekly activity reports to track team performance and achievements.
- Organizing application support activities in accordance with the HR schedule, ensuring efficient delivery of services.
- Ensuring consistent, high-level delivery of client services in line with contractual commitments.
- Applying Client Service methodology, processes, and procedures, including ERP maintenance and configuration.
- Collaborating with other Team Leaders and HR to facilitate effective recruitment and training of new colleagues.
- Maintaining daily communication and coordination with other Team Leaders and HR to ensure smooth operations.
- Contributing to the establishment and implementation of the application
Požadavky
- Proficiency in both English (B2+) and German (B2+)
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management (preferably in IT, HR, or B2B customer service)
- Prior experience in B2B customer service environment, involving communication with stakeholders and clients
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow in the field
- Strong customer orientation and focus
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
- SAP experience is not required but a genuine interest in it is desired
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Keen attention to detail
- On-site presence in the office required three times a week as a manager
