Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Software Development and Release Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Development, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our software development efforts forward. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to managing software requirements, prioritizing development tasks, conducting status meetings, and contributing to software documentation.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a backlog of software requirements using Microsoft DevOps.
Prioritize software development tasks based on project goals and deadlines.
Conduct daily status meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination within the development team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive software documentation.

Requirements:
Proven experience in software development and release management roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft DevOps or similar project management tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work well in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Strong English proficiency, both written and verbal.
