Main responsibilities:
· Use tools for remote management and alert monitoring
· Be responsible for incident / service requests investigation, diagnosis and resolutions where possible
· Change the SAP environment according to customer needs
· Provide technical support and leadership in a complex mission critical SAP environments
· Perform 2nd or 3rd level support to customers infrastructure
· Suggest improvements for the infrastructure to stabilize customer environments
