Your day to day activities will include:
- Ensuring that all network devices are compliant and all security deviations are addressed in timely manner and under a clear implementation plan
- Working with European team on leading and implementing best practice initiatives within your region (Eos/DoS & SA&D, GTAC...etc)
- Supporting audit and compliance reviews as requested (Corporate audit, ISAE3402, 4DDD, BCR, KCO....etc)
- Reviewing/Approving processes, procedures and work instructions where applicable
- Preparation of project status updates for Senior Management & Executive Reviews
- Providing reports on region compliance on a regular basis, to keep GEO and senior management informed of compliance status
- Being a source of knowledge for the account compliance teams in providing guidance across all aspects network compliance
How your profile should look like:
- At least 3 years experience in Relevant technical and service management experience
- Combination of technical and service management experience
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Client communication experience
- Supervisory experience in a leadership role
- Excellent problem solving skills
- High level of negotiation and presentation skills
- Applied knowledge and understanding of the ITIL disciplines within a commercial environment
- ITIL certification and network management experience as a big advantage
