What would you do?
- Answer solely incomming calls from company's customers.
- Provide non-technical or partly technical support by phone.
- Maintain positive customer satisfaction.
What do we need you to have?
- Spoken English on a very good level (B2/C1), as all the calls will be in English.
- Be able to problem solve and have logical mind-set.
- Basic knowledge of communication technologies (Internet, TV, Phone).
- Have customer approach.
